Great for lawyers
If you're not a lawyer, you probably don't want these. And to be honest, even as a lawyer, I have no idea why we insist on using legal size file folders. But since we do, I like these. They're nice and thick (without being those super sturdy $3 apiece folders. They strike the perfect balance between thickness and price. The fasteners are plenty sturdy, too. I've never had one break from overuse.

They are not as sturdy as I would like, but having the holders in them is an excellent idea. They are cheaper than buying the folders and the holders separately. I'd buy them again.
