Excellent product. Used it on my 2023 Jupiter 125. Scooty now idles smoothly, 10% improvement in mileage. Throttle response improved. Used it on 5l full tank. Immediately felt the difference. Max improvement after full tank was over. Highly recommended.

Worked like magic! I used it on a 8 year old activa that is mainly used for short runs. The only service that is done on this vehicle is an annual oil change at a Shell fuel station. However I had started noticing rough idling on the Activa for some time and thought of taking it to the service center to have it looked at. Also, the mileage seemed to dropped quite a bit. Upon adding this product I noticed the rough idling resolve within 10 minutes! Still need to verify the improvement in fuel economy but the results do look promising already.

There's no doubt that this cleaner works. Let me describe my experience. Vehicle: 2018 Suzuki Access 125 BS4 (carburetted) Problem: Rough idle. Engine did not run well under low throttle - used to rev up and down but without moving forward. I had to apply more throttle to get the scooter running, which caused it to jerk and make pillion riders uneasy. Solution: I thought about getting the carburettor opened up and cleaned by my mechanic, but this carb has never been opened, so I was wary of affecting factory settings (carburetors are sensitive and finely tuned, especially BS4 ones) I have tried Liqui-Moly Fuel System Shooter (it was pretty good) and Motul Fuel System Clean Plus (really cheap but it didn't work well at all!) Thought I would try out the Yamaha PEA Fuel System Cleaner since it's reasonably priced. Method of opening the seal: This has flummoxed most of the people purchasing this product, as far as I can see from the reviews. It's very simple: there's an O-ring (gasket) below the hard plastic cap. It's soft and can be removed with something sharp, like a strong safety pin, or a toothpick. Once that gasket is removed, the cap comes loose and you can unscrew it like any PET bottle! How to use: 1. Use up nearly all of your fuel in the current tankful 2. Keep the bottle ready and go for refueling. Empty the bottle in the tank JUST BEFORE refueling. I did it at the petrol station. 3. Fill the tank. Yamaha says 1 bottle of cleaner works for up to 10L of petrol 4. Go for a long ride, at least 10km, and ideally 20km long. Be sure to ride full throttle for at least 3-5km! Effects: The hesitation on low throttle disappeared within 10km of adding this cleaner and going for a ride! It was exactly what I'd hoped for. My idling has become smooth, and so has the running of the scooter. There's literally no chance of placebo effect here because I had a very obvious problem which has now disappeared. If you have nothing clearly wrong with your vehicle, you might not see much difference (that is what happened when I used this with my other vehicle, a 2011 Yamaha Fazer BS3) Bottomline: If you aren't facing any issues, it may not make much difference, but I've resolved to use this once a tankful everytime I get an oil change done, just so the fuel system keeps clean. I would heartily recommend this to anyone, especially those with non-BS6 vehicles! Carbureted engines need clean fuel systems.
