Straps are adjustable but not removable
Has just the right number of sections . Durable, didn’t realize the straps could not be removed. Would have preferred this option.

It looks good and nice BUT less than a month of use and the belts are coming off, like a lot of other reviewers said. DO NOT BUY, dont waste your money
