My to go drink when it comes to focus.I do have ADHD and for me to focus is very difficult. This drink helps me focus.

Beware if you have high blood pressure
There is nothing wrong with the drink. I suffer with high blood pressure and it was only after I had half of one that I realised it is not a good mix as it raised my blood pressure. It may not be the same for everyone. I am talking about my own experience.At the end of the day I should have researched better.I gave rest of the pack to my sister as she does a lot of exercises and does not suffer from high blood pressure.
