Digital Lab Scale - Weigh Lapidary Materials, Cut/Uncut Stones, Crystals, Loose Gems, Raw Minerals & More

I received my scale today and so far, very easy to use and read. It's my first scale so I have nothing to compare it to. I did think it would be a bit bigger. Gotta pay attention to the size demensions. It's still good to use when hiking, just in case.I would have gave five stars but I did not receive the jeweler/dust cup (?) that is pictured with the digital scale. So, read what comes with your purchase. If I need such a jeweler dust tray in the near future, I can use what I have nearby.

This thing is garbage. It wasn't calibrated properly & came with no instructions on how to. I emailed, never heard back. Cheaply made, the small tray is useless. The screen doesn't light up, there's just a small bright light on one side of the read out window, so the numbers are very hard to see.

The only reason I gave it a 3 was because it was lost (I guess) in the post office. It was 5 days late. The customer service was good though. When I finally got it, it was all beat up. It looked like it was stuck in a machine or run over. But you know what? It actually worked. By that time that was all that mattered. Not really sure this review will help anyone, but I wasn't the nicest with them.

this scale was just what I needed

This is a wonderful addition to pass forward to another of my sons for his birthday! Being a student and living off campus, he needs something JUST like this for everything from cooking to mailing - very pleased!
