Ich liebe Kaffee. Aber nicht irgendeinen. Der Kaffee muss duften, schmecken, wärmen – und ein kleines Ritual am Morgen sein. Die Illy Kaffeebohnen schaffen genau das: Sie bringen italienisches Café-Gefühl direkt in meine Küche. Aroma & Geschmack Illy ist bekannt für seine perfekt abgestimmten Mischungen – und das merkt man. Egal ob als Espresso oder Café Crème: Die Bohnen entfalten ein vollmundiges, fein abgestimmtes Aroma, das weder zu bitter noch zu flach ist. Besonders schön finde ich die leichte Kakaonote, die sich beim Espresso zeigt – ohne künstlich zu wirken. Für mich eine perfekte Balance aus Kraft und Eleganz. Crema & Textur Die Crema ist wunderbar feinporig, dicht und stabil – fast wie im italienischen Straßencafé. Ich nutze einen Vollautomaten, und die Bohnen harmonieren perfekt damit. Wer einen Siebträger nutzt, wird vermutlich noch mehr Tiefe herausholen. Verpackung & Frische Die ikonische Illy-Dose ist nicht nur stylisch, sondern auch praktisch – wiederverschließbar, aromaschützend, und ein echter Hingucker im Regal. Und ganz ehrlich: Das Öffnen ist jedes Mal ein kleiner Genussmoment (du kennst sicher dieses „Zisch“, wenn die Frische rauskommt). Nachhaltigkeit Illy arbeitet mit Direct Trade und legt Wert auf nachhaltigen Anbau – ein Pluspunkt, der für mich zunehmend wichtig ist, wenn ich mich bewusst für ein Produkt entscheide.

Five stars because (1) it arrived the next day (2) the roast date was only a few weeks ago, indicating it is not old stock and (3) it is cheaper (and much more recently roasted) than in my local supermarket.

Ho provato il **caffè in grani illy – Classico** e, come sempre, **si conferma una garanzia ☕️**. I chicchi sono di ottima qualità, perfetti da macinare al momento per sprigionare un aroma intenso e invitante. Il gusto è **armonioso e bilanciato**, mai troppo amaro o aggressivo, ideale sia per un espresso che per altre preparazioni. È uno di quei caffè su cui sai di poter sempre contare: freschezza, aroma e gusto coerenti** ad ogni tazza. Per chi ama il caffè classico ma di qualità, illy resta una certezza!
