Nice trousers, shame theyre ripstop although they are still comfortable. Weirdly mine had a dirt stain on the rear, possibly from manufacturer? As a tall fella the 34 34 has great length however the waist does feel a bit snug for work trousers. May loosen after a cold wash.

Why baffled - There are a few reviews that state the waist size is too small (and a few saying the opposite). Either quality control is bad on these and say all 34's are not 34 but they come up different - I doubt this is happening. There is no way on earth these could be described as small in anyway. Firstly there is huge room all around them (on purpose for work trousers to allow freedom of movement). The model photos do the length justice - look closely - they are longer than your normal 32/34/36 length trousers - again on purpose to allow for body stretching/movement and use of work boots/shoes. The waist now. I'm disappointed I will have to use a belt effectively. For guidance. I have owned Wranglers for years. I have bought 3 pairs of jeans this month all 35 waist. All fitted perfectly on the waist. These 35's are more like a 36 or 37. I would have swapped for the 34 waist easily if the price was not so different - so given I got this size for next to nothing I will live with holding up with a belt. I'm not paying 4 times the price for a smaller size. If price is the same I would say go down an inch on the waist. You could even go down on the length if you don't mind them sitting like all your normal trousers. Fantastic quality and I expect them to last through many years of work and stress.

Lightweight rip-stop work trousers, superb value, got it for less than a tenner. This is straight fit, not to baggy down the leg however the length is a tad long, more like a 32/33 rather than 30. The 'Rigg' logo on the back is a tad big and very very red imo. This is the lightweight version, perfect for summer. I also own the heavier version of this trouser, build quality matches my other pair, which is still going strong after having them for over a year. First impressions is that these are just as well made, only time will tell. Even if they don't last, at the price I paid for them, I don't care.

Ridiculously WIDE legs and tight fitting waist

Even though teaching is my profession and I work indoors, I need a pair of tough pants. I am a physically larger person and I need pants that fit me well. These pants fit perfectly. They are just right. Further, the rear pockets are large enough to fit my larger wallet with room to spare. You can fill the front pockets with change, a big bunch of keys, a pocker knife, and small flash light, and so much more. There is also a watch pocket on the right side and side pockets for small tools. We have zero degree weather now and I was snowblowing before I went to work. I had to get snow tires on my car and had to carry the tires from the shed. The pants looked fine as I went into school. Also, I am involved in many projects at home and work. I can tell that these pants will be up to the task and won't split and tear in the crotch area or on the side where pants always come apart. The seamstress in town isn't going to see me as much anymore. I wonder why I didn't choose these pants sooner. Really, they're perfect for the person who works hard and needs clothes to perform well. The fabric is "stout" but it's not inflexible. They are of the right weight for durability, but they don't chafe you or feel too heavy. I am going to order a few more pairs since I like them so much. The right pant for the person who needs more from a pair of pants.
