I have a condition that causes me to have high histamine levels (MCAD). I had a bilateral salpingo oophorectomy and hysterectomy a year ago, but have not been able to tolerate HRT. Although I clearly needed it, it would cause me to have terrible mood swings and be allergic to everything, including my own make up. I could not work out why. After months of research, I realised my histamine issues could be causing it. I started taking these probiotics about three months ago. Within two weeks, I found I could tolerate HRT for the first time since my hysterectomy, without any issues whatsoever. My mood swings disappeared and my sleep improved. My bowel works better, and my skin looks amazing. What I did not realise is that almost ALL probiotics contain bacteria that raise histamine levels. This is the only probiotic I could find in the UK that only contains strains that lower histamine, or are histamine neutral. Thanks to this probiotic, I can now have the hormones I need without the appalling side effects. The strange allergies I was getting have stopped as well. If you have no issues with histamine then none of this really matters, but if you are somebody who struggles with lots of odd allergies, I would strongly recommend you try them out. I did a 'loading' dose of four capsules a day for a week to start with, and that seemed to help. I now use these all the time and will continue to use them as my ONLY probiotic from now on.

I suffer with irritable bowel and as I’ve got older I’ve been waking up feeling nauseas. These tablets have stopped all that and has also helped with bloating. I use to buy a bottle when I ran out of it but I could tell the difference when I stopped taking it. However, I now have it on subscription as I don’t want t to run out of it any more. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Capsules are easy to swallow. After taking these for less than two weeks I already feel the benefits - I have more energy, less bloating and feel more in control of my eating

Brought this for someone else they said it was great

The first day I took this product I went the loo 24 hrs later and felt really good that I’d been properly, I thought these are going to be great, but then nothing great happened after that. ie wasn’t going regular or having big clear outs and bloating still the same. Definitely no weight loss like some reviews suggest. I’d say these are ok but if you have severe constipation I think you will need something stronger than these. These probiotics are perhaps good for someone with relatively normal gut health but want to look after their gut as appose to heal or cleanse it.

Usual size tablet-easy to swallow. I struggle massively with bloating with Ibs as well as gluten and dairy intolerances. I've tried so many over the years. Drawn to try these as one of the very few that contain lactobacillus gasseri-which helps to burn abdominal fat. Have taken these for over 60 days to give a fair review-these are amazing.took a good 3-4 weeks to see an effect but bloating is much reduced and feel more in control. No side effects and routine is to take one on a morning before my coffee (which I add Bimuno to).is working for me-just ordered 2nd bottle

I have been diagnosed 2ith peri-menopause and I am having major bloat and gut issues. I looked at the reviews and decided to try this. I am taking sienna as well but I started taking this only on the 1st of May it's now the 3rd and I've been able to be more regular already!! I was going days /weeks.I've not seen a change in my bloat yet but it is only 3 days. I just had to leave a review now before I forget. This was worth the extra few £. I was thinking of a cheaper one. Glad I didn't now.

These tablets made me sooooo unwell. Within the first few days/weeks I was constantly throwing up/on the toilet and bloated. I persevered because I read this is normal when you start taking a probiotic. However after over a month or so I was still constantly sick, couldn’t sleep at night and my brain was foggy. Apparently we’re not supposed to have more than 10 billion CFU per day and these contain 40 billion. Just made everything worse for me so have stopped taking. Honestly I am just going to stop messing with my body and taking these random ass tablets I get from Amazon that ‘help with ibs’ because they always make me worse and just go cold turkey

I don’t usually write reviews on products but I am so amazed with this one that I felt the need to share my experience. My entire life I have always been able to maintain my weight on a normal scale. However, about a year ago or so I started gaining lots of weight and my midsection grew bigger. I was bloated all the tine and I also developed IBS. I never started on any meds or changed my diet or so that could’ve attributed to that. I’ve done intermittent fasting in the past and that has always brought a significant effect on my weight. This time however it didn’t work. Nothing else seemed to work. I came across this product because I wanted to address my bloating and IBS problems, but never really expected much as I have never taken probiotics before. To my surprise, the bloating and IBS were gone just a few days into taking it. I believe it has also helped with my metabolism because I have lost around 3 kgs after my first bottle. (I have already stopped Intermittent Fasting at this point so these 3 kgs came off effortlessly). My midsection has also shrunk back to my normal size and I am able to wear again the clothes that I have not been able to wear for the past year. I am so happy with this product and will keep buying and recommending it!

Faire une cure de probiotiques, c’est aider son système digestif à retrouver son équilibre naturel. Je suis très contente du produit, bonne qualité, je sentis les bienfaits depuis la première capsule. Pour ce qu'on une intolérance au lactose comme moi, testé vous allez aimer. J'ai plus le ventre gonflé à cause d'une mauvaise digestion.

Super ! plus aucun maux de ventre ,,,,,,quel changement de vie ,,,,,,,je recommande vivement ce produit que je qualifie de miraculeux tellement je retrouvé ma forme et ma joie de vivre ,,,,,je peux meme me permettre quelques abus sans risqué aucune douleurs de ventre ,,,,,,ma digestion est parfaite maintenant . ce produit est Génial .
