I saw these and remembered the Lemon Thins my grandmother kept. These were tasty, different. I was wanting something thin and crisp. These are thick and chewy. I liked them, but not enough to order them again.

I quite like these cookies. I'm sick of the soft cookies which seem to have become the norm. These are thin, crunchy, and have a nice lemon taste. A bit expensive, though.
