Maybe a spoon full of sugar to help 'the medicine go down' and maybe a nose peg...
I have had a different brand in the past so am aware of the benefits and this one is softer and easier to get out of the jar, I didn't have to wrestle it like the last brand but it's not runny. I believe this brand has a higher fulvic acid content (75% v 60%) so will be interesting to see if I feel it more beneficial. I ordered it again as I was feeling absolutely washed out recently combination of stress and hormones and even this is only day 2 I do feel less dead inside. Dissolves well in my favourite coffee (although I believe its not the best way to take it). I will use it all but dear lord it smells pretty vile and doesn't taste much better. If you have ever had a dog that rolled in fox/badger poop that's pretty much the smell, hit me right in the gag reflex when I first added the water. I recommend sticking with it and giving it at least a week if you can bear it before throwing in the towel and see if you feel a benefit. You can't expect something that comes out of rock to get michelin stars :o)

Good
I use Himalayan Shilajit for my health conditions and I’m happy to have this as my supplement. Every morning I use small amount for my coffee and I feel great and energetic. Highly recommend this product.

No noticeable changes
Thought I'd give it two pots before leaving a review. Can honestly say that (having now finished my 2nd pot) I feel no different to when I started using it. I do exercise so unsure whether any growth in strength is merely due to that, rather than this product. I will be interested to see if I notice any negative changes now that I'm going to stop taking this product.

Works for me
A friend of friend takes this in gummy sweets and swears by it. I thought i'd give it a try in its more natural form and looked around and after reading various reviews, I went for this particular brand. On receiving the very nicely packed jar, I opened it and yes it doesn't smell great. A sort of burnt oily plastic smell. It doesn't taste much better and has the consistancy of marmite. So I use the little supplied spoon by dunking it in the jar about a 3rd of the way up the spoon and then hanging the spoon into my milk frother which heats up the milk for my morning coffee and slowly dissolves the resin. In a hot sweet milky coffee, it adds 'something' and I actually like the taste. The very first time I took it, I could 'feel' something different. A subtle boost in energy maybe. It definately curbed apetite for me. I've now been taking it daily for a month just in the morning with my coffee and apart from losing just over a stone (or 16lbs), I do feel a bit more energised. Not 4 cans of Redbull energised but definately dont feel knackered in the afternoons like I used to. It hasn't upset my stomach at all, my sleep is unchanged but then I sleep well anyway and I can say I feel better than I did before I started using it as a supplement. Weirdly I prefer my coffee with a dollop of this stuff. I cerntainly recommend you try it.

Submerge the cap in some warm water otherwise it be like glue stuck
I have no idea if this is working or not. It put me off using it having to warm the lid every time. I've missed some days b'cos I couldn't be a$$ed. Hopefully when i do take it...it will make me feel better , better than what? How would I know after having to be taking it forever to feel any results when i'm taking other stuff. Oh stop taking other stuff...well a year might go by then I try another...how many furking years do ya think I be having left. Oh me Gods!

Shilajit has been a game-changer for me! 🌿 I’ve noticed a real boost in my energy levels, and even some of my endometriosis symptoms have improved since I started taking it. The taste is a bit strong and bitter at first, but it’s totally worth it for the results. I feel more balanced and energized throughout the day, and it’s definitely made a positive difference in my wellbeing. Highly recommend giving it a try! 💪✨

The taste is not the best, but I usually mask it with a couple of ounces of warm water and honey and once I get up to it I just take a spoonful but great product gives lasting energy and it actually works better overtime. This is actually my second time purchasing this product I’m kind of mad I took so long to order the second package.

Shilajit is undeniably a beneficial product with a range of health benefits, particularly for energy, stamina, and overall wellness. I’ve noticed positive effects since incorporating it into my routine, especially in terms of increased energy and improved focus. However, the taste is truly a challenge. It’s extremely strong and earthy, which can be quite unpleasant. If you can manage to get past it, the benefits are worth it, but disguising the flavor is essential. I’ve found that mixing it into a smoothie or combining it with honey works wonders to mask the taste, but you’ll need to be creative with how you take it. Overall, if you can find a way to make it palatable, the health benefits of Shilajit are well worth it, but be prepared for the taste to be a major hurdle!
