I get the worst stomach pain / bloating / gas / constipation when I travel on an airplane. I did a lot of flying this year. To attend my husband's Naval Officer graduation and to move to Florida. The amount of stomach pain I experienced was insane! Mind you, I always plan to eat healthy the day before, a hearty/healthy breakfast or if I decide to skip breakfast, just a trusted protein bar and a bottle water would do. At least I thought .. The flight back after my husband's graduation was the worst one. It was a 6+ hr flight after our quick layover and the entire time* my stomach was killing me. Any slight pressure, pain. Every time I tried to relieve myself .. bc I always had to hold in my .. toots .. anyways .. but when I tried .. my stomach was fine! It was honestly a sick game and I am fortunate enough to have a strong stomach (outside of flying). After settling in Florida for a few months now; we wanted to visit loved ones in CA.
