I had been losing my hair. I realized later a lot of it had to do with low potassium levels--but I knew, also, before discovering that cause that hair is created from protein. So I took in all the pill form amino acids I could find and from past experience, I trust Solgar for their supplements. This is one of the pill forms of supplements I choose. Along with other supplements (including L-Methionine) that I took for a few months, I found my papery fingernails became hardened. I was able to have pretty fingernails for the first time in my life--which wasn't hat I was after but was a wonderful side benefit. My hair, also, quite falling out. Once I added the potassium, it began to grow back in. My skin, also, became more vibrant and supple as a result of taking this vegetable tablet. I stopped taking it for a week and the skin around my fingernails began to peel (painful) and my nails got soft and paper thin again which had been a part of my life for years--so I went back to taking this. Lack of potassium will, also, cause restless leg syndrome. But this product did away with that, even though i hadn't figured out the low potassium levels, yet. Once I added potassium, I got even better. A side benefit is the calmness I have been feeling. I read that this product aids in relaxing the body and the mind. That appears to be the case. I use Stress Tabs B vitamins from Solgar, too. If you are a worry wart who rethinks everything a 100 times then both of these products are for you! Combined, they give you freedom from your own debilitating thoughts! My memory has improved (another side benefit to my original purpose) but I don't perseverate on all my faults or others weaknesses anymore. What a God send! I am pleased with the product!

This Solgar product I highly recommend. It's an effective quality product and a great value.

I take them in the morning and before dinner. My cholesterol level have gotten even better(my cholesterol wasn't bad. However, my numbers were higher than I would have liked). I also noticed I got full quicker. Not sure if that's one of the benefits or not. My thought process is clearer. So, that's a plus. They are big but they are easy to swallow, to me. And they are vegetable capsules. Can't beat that. I've completed one bottle and will be ordering my second bottle today.

I received this and it is what it says it is. Just not sure if they are supposed to look this way. It has been hot outside and maybe that’s the reason. I have another Solgar vitamin ordered on the same order that I am waiting on that has been in transit 5 days longer and sat in Vegas for a couple of days due to the holiday and tracking says could be another 6 days for delivery. Wasn’t available for Prime will be interesting to see if the caps are the same. I am posting pics above of capsules square ended. Should not effect anything I would not think. I do believe in the manufacturer Solgar I wish they would get away from using magnesium Sterate & wish the entire line was available for Prime Shipping.

It is helping me loose weight by taking two a day along with high potency b complex with Irish sea moss and super primrose oil. Along with a healthy diet and walking every day.

Mi neuróloga me lo mandó porque tengo Esclerosis Múltiple y la memoria me estaba fallando mucho, tengo ya un tiempo tomándolo y he vuelto a estudiar, mi mente es mucho más clara, ya no pierdo la concentración y puedo recordar todo con facilidad, lo recomiendo ampliamente en este sentido. The glass jar was broken when it arrived, so I am not able to use this as I don’t know when it had broken and if it has been tampered with. There were tiny pieces of glass throughout the tablets.
