I am satisfied with this item. The cord is long enough to stretch from the TV to my easy chair without unwinding it. Sound quality is great and you can easily adjust the volume. Glad I purchased this headset, oh the price is right too!

Being in a townhouse with our daughter the T. V is loud but being deaf in one ear. I could not hear the T. V so we got a. Remote that works with her. T. V and the wire headsets are great . So. I can hear the. T. V. And she can sleep upstairs with no noise!! They are a little tight on the ears, but better than the others I had . Just do not wear earrings with them on. The price is right and the long cord is another great feature . Comes with a pouch for storage they close up nice and fit the pouch great.

I gave these headphones to my next-door neighbor, who is hard of hearing so that I don’t have to listen to his loud television. The headphones seem to be working as expected, it’s very quiet next-door. The headphones are nicely made, and padded for comfort.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Box looked like it had been stepped on before I got it. No wrapping, no instructions. Audio jack is loose when plugged in, turns volume up dangerously loud when initially plugged in. Sound comes out of TV still. Does not work with the splitter. Very uncomfortable. Worst headphones ever.

My elderly father is in a nursing home. Unfortunately he is almost deaf and listens to his TV very loud. It is a problem for his room mate. I bought a pair of wireless ear phones but my father kept getting confused as to how to turn them on. Also the wifi is not solid in the nursing home. This set just plugs directly into the back of the tv. They are on all the time so he just pops them on. The cord is long enough to avoid a tripping hazard and they have been a God send!!!

The plastic is easy to break if the headphones are continuously taken off with one hand instead of two. They also broke again after I fixed them from a fall not even 4ft off the ground. They are not durable, but they provide a long enough cord for me that I would consider purchasing them again. Treat them gently and they will last. Not suitable for rough touches. Would only recommend for their sound and long cord only.

My father enjoys the independent volume control. He’s an older guy, 82 now in fact and using the television remote controller to increase the volume while his headphones are on and then remembering to put the television back on mute was sort of a chore with his old headphones. Now he can clip the volume adjuster to his t shirt or blanket and adjust the volume more simply. He is also satisfied with the range of volume and his hearing is really quite impaired nowadays. The headphones help him hear his programs more clearly without background noise and it makes me feel good because it keeps him more engaged and stimulated. Being able to watch the news and hear it clearly or follow along with his favorite game show puzzles are good for his mental acuity. I’d recommend these headphones for seniors. They are able to play at hogh volume. They are comfortable and easy to operate. The long coiled cord that runs to the TV allows you to sit across the room or enjoy in bed as well.
