This is perfect for those painful areas needing support. The tape has line measurements on the backside if you need it. It is easy to cut. It stretches depending on how much you are wanting it to hold. It sticks on your skin for days, even through sweat and showers. Even though it stays put, it doesn't pull your skin or leave residue after removing. There is no smell. If it peels up on the corners, just replace it with another piece. I have used it for my severe knee pain and back pain. Both uses it stopped the pain and allowed me to move around. It is the best sport tape I have used.

This tape stick well and I have a lot to last me for a while. It Does not seem to irritate my skin like other tapes do. I like being able to cut the exact size.

This tape works really well and does seem to stick better than even the KT tape. My daughter has a really hard time getting it off which I like so we’re not having to reapply as often being able to cut it to size and do it for what you need is great and I do like that. It has the design on it. It makes a little bit different so I highly recommend using this for all your KT tape needs

As it's namesake suggests, this KT tape is okay. I've never been a big proponent of KT Tape in the past. I had so many other go-to healing modalities. And original KT Tape years ago would fall off after a few hours. My son converted me, after trying all my other modalities to heal my knee pain. (I've had three many years ago, which is also why I've tried so many other modalities and knew what worked.) This time around though, nothing worked. I probably reinjured my meniscus. At any rate, I was convinced to add KT Tape to my arsenal for myself and clients. Thus, I went and purchased this large roll from OK Tape. I like the indicators and it came in much more affordable than Theraband Tape which is what I was originally going to purchase. Overall, the tape has been good. The Japanese adhesive worked well - average hold of 2 - 7 days begire fraying or pealing. The wave design under is also like other top brands. Plus its easy to cut. My complaint though is more a warning for others. Every body part I have used this on, has resulted in a skin irritation or broken skin. If that's coincidence, it also happened to my client. Not sure why this would happen other than the glue. I've gone to keeping most applications on for 24-48 hours Max. To avoid any reaction. The other "kinda annoying" triggers my OCD is the back side markers on the paper. It has guides, but they aren't centered. So complex "finger" KT Patterns will require you to fold the tape in half and disregard the markings. Who makes this mistake? Why bother having cutting guide line's if they aren't even? Think of the guidelines behind gift wrap paper. Wouldn't it annoy you if they weren't straight? So to wrap up, the tape is OK. Could be better. One to two days Max to avoid skin irritation and ignore the cutting guides on the paper. Should be OK aside from that.

This really holds and stays on for a few days. I broke my tibia plateau and this helped me get back to moving it’s was added stability when I was finally moving again
