I buy this for work and every morning I make Turkish coffee for me and my friends. It’s very good, easy to use and easy to wash.

I'm enjoying my turkish coffee everyday. It's simple to use. My old one was similar but diferent brand and everytime I plugged it in my electricity shorted and it didn't work.

The product doesn’t seem reliable and I’m not satisfied with my purchase.
I’m writing a one star because this isn’t the best product to use when making a Turkish Coffee. This item isn’t so great! My family isn’t happy with this because it doesn’t stay still and it jiggles whether the water is filled or not. It seems little dangerous..

It takes a long time for the coffee to boil
It makes good coffee but be aware that it takes much much longer than other coffee maker that I had over the years

Great item for the price and for what I wanted. I use it for reheating
I have a bad habit of letting my coffee get cold and we have decided to quit using the microwave…because of the reports it changes the food on a cellular level… so this is my daily GO-TO for reheating my coffee or tea. It is unstable when it is empty as other reviews stated… but once I pour my cup of liquid to reheat in it,,,, it is perfectly stable and very fast heat up. Do NOT walk out of the room while it is heating because it is fast and I boiled my coffee with milk and it did not taste good …. So now I stand there looking at my phone while it heats and I stick my finger in until it is the perfect warm-ness for me. If you like your beverage as hot as the sun it does that perfectly well also

Decent pot, but unstable
The stainless steel cup is good quality. However, the pot rocks on its base, making it feel unstable and a bit scary to use. It works but I’m worried about safety. Overall, I give it 3 out of 5 stars.

disappointment
The product is actually made of steel and is beautiful. Having an on/off switch is a plus, so I'd say I chose it for that reason, but the stand that holds the power supply and the coffee pot aren't compatible. The coffee pot looks like it could fall or tip over at any moment, making it very unsafe. When my wife saw it, she told me to return it immediately, fearing it could spill on us while still hot and cause serious burns. It's surprising that such an unsafe product is being sold here, and I think it's been overlooked.
