Greatest Hair Dryer
I am a Black woman with a Perm, and my hair is below shoulder length. The first thing I liked about this dryer was how light it was. Second, was how quickly it dried my hair. With my old dryer it would take me 40 to 50 minutes to dry my hair, partially because I would have to stop because my old dryer was heavy. With this dryer, it is light, and I was done in about 10 to 20 minutes. I was amazed!!! The other thing I noticed was how soft my hair was. I also liked how the attachments worked. They are magnetic, and did not pop off, another plus. This dryer is very quiet compared to my old dryer. Overall, this is one of the best purchases I've ever made. I love this hair dryer and would recommend this dryer.

I would recommend for 4b/4c hair!
I love this hair dryer. It does seem to dry both my hair (relaxed) my daughter’s super thick 4b/4c hair faster than a traditional dryer. The only issue is with a traditional attachment it didn’t fall off when blow drying the magnet with this one is not super sturdy so if we run across a missed tangle it will fall off that’s the only reason for the 4 stars other than that. It’s quiet, it’s lightweight so my arms don’t get as tired. I always use frizz control oil so I can’t say if this dryer is better on Frizz control seems the same to me. I love the cool air option for when I’m trying to avoid heat. It definitely takes up less space to store.

The BEST Hair Dryer Ever!!!
I am serious about my hair products and styling tools...I want the best styling tools to give me a salon results. I have natural 3C/4A type hair that is almost waist-length. It's a pain to blow-out my hair...usually takes 20 to 25 minutes with a top-notch blow-dryer like T3 Cura Luxe and Pattern Beauty's dryer. Everyone knows the key to a great blowout is how great you blow-dry your hair before styling it. I literally timed how fast it took my hair to get dry with this hair-dryer....it took approximately 11 minutes and 26 seconds. Even then I think it was user error on the 1st section of my hair because I part my hair into 4 sections before drying it which lengthened the time of drying my hair. I learned don't get cute this dryer by going to the highest speed of this blow-dryer...it was drying my hair quicker than I anticipated. I used the next highest speed at the highest heat setting for a majority of the time and only used the highest speed setting to quicken-up the drying process of each section after my hair was basically straight. Then I used the cold blast on each section of my hair after drying it to ensure my hair was dry...again only 11 minutes and 26 seconds. That's a record time for me and it was one of the best blowouts I've ever gave myself. Like my hair was flowing, silky and had so much body after styling it with my T3 flat-iron. I went to lunch with friends the next day and they thought I had a bomb weave in my hair...they were like "....is that all your hair or is it extensions???". When I told them no this is all me...they were like "wow" and in disbelief. Thanks Tymo I believe this is the best hair dryer on the market...do yourself a favor and click the purchase button.

Best hair dryer ever 😍
4C/4B hair and I absolutely love this hair dryer. I have a BabyBliss and it's ok but the heat seems to be too much most of the time, regardless of heat protection. This hair dryer left my hair completely dry, straight, soft with body. I can't wait to do my daughter's 4C hair! Oh and I just had surgery on my wrist and I was able to hold this for a short period of time which says alot. Light weight and powerful!!

Overpriced and underperformed - did not straighten my hair
I purchased this dryer after reading the glowing reviews and seeing social media videos showcasing sleek, straightened results. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. The design feels poorly thought out—the pick attachment is too short for longer hair and constantly falls off during use. The placement of the heat level buttons is also awkward, sitting right where my fingers naturally rest, which makes them easy to press accidentally. While Tymo makes a few solid products, this one missed the mark for me.

Love, absolutely love this dryer
This blow dryer fits my hand so well. It’s a perfect size & not bulky. The sound is almost nothing compared to the original dryers. Its settings are amazing with the different speeds & heat settings. I’ve never used the hottest or highest blow setting because there’s no need. The cool setting is actually that, unlike most blow dryers. I use it after drying my hair every time

I mainly bought it for the diffuser as was debating between this and the Dyson. Unfortunately, Dyson does not sell specific attachments, which is a bit silly and annoying. Found this Tymo gem whilst Amazon surfing. Small and lightweight with a sufficient long cord. It has a concentrator and an adjustable diffuser (also a comb thing that I don't use). Dries hair quickly when I want to wear it straight. You can control the temperature and the flow rate, which is important to create non-frizzy waves when diffusing. Don't think it's super quiet though - sounds like a hairdryer!
