Really lovely, limit myself to 2 squares a day, really feel like you have had REAL chocolate with this 😋

Quality and you don't need a lot to hit that sweet craving. Since turning to high protein and no carbs etc. This bar is my pick me up. Only a chunk with a hot drink.

I find this to be a really smooth dark chocolate - simple ingredients and not as bitter as say Hotel Chocolat’s version. I used to always eat Moser Roth’s 85% but it tastes different since I started on this. I’d say the Lindt one is the better bar.

I use this chocolate in my chilli. I first tasted that at a friend's house, and he told me that it's apparently a very old Aztec twist to a pot of chilli, along with the salsa and spices. It has to be the 85% chocolate, and you need to experiment to see how much of a flavour you want to add. I use a full bar to a stock pot of chilli, but some might want a milder or stronger chocolate influence.

The change to dark chocolate was sensible for a number of reasons and this make has "quality" all over it. An acquired taste after years of fondness for milk chocolate but easy enough - especially for the slow mouth melt that is best for the best taste!

Ho comprato e assaggiato Lindt Excellence 85% Cocoa Dark Chocolate Bar e, se sei come me un amante del fondente deciso, questo cioccolato non delude. Il sapore è molto intenso e aromatico, con una forte presenza di cacao tostato che resta in bocca ad ogni morso, senza risultare eccessivamente amaro o “piatto”. La texture è liscia e si scioglie bene, regalando un’esperienza di degustazione piacevole anche se la percentuale di cacao è alta. Apprezzo come i quadretti si spezzino con un “clic” deciso e la tavoletta sia perfetta da gustarsi lentamente con un caffè o un tè forte. Il profilo aromatico ha leggere note di caffè e frutta secca, che accompagnano bene la ricchezza del cacao. In sintesi, è una tavoletta di cioccolato fondente di ottima qualità da avere nella dispensa, soprattutto per chi vuole un gusto deciso ma ben bilanciato.

Lindt Excellence 85% è un cioccolato fondente eccezionale, intenso e aromatico con note di cacao tostato persistenti. Vellutato al palato, equilibrato tra amarezza e fruttato, perfetto per veri appassionati. Qualità premium, da ricomprare sempre.

ottimi ingredienti e ottimo come snack per quando si ha voglia di qualcosa di dolce ma ci si vuole comunque mantenere in linea!

Per le mia dieta posso mangiare solo cioccolata fondente all'85%. Ce ne sono molte in commercio e, avendone provate tante, posso affermare che la Lindt è tra le migliori sia per gusto che il corretto bilanciamento tra dolce ed amaro. L'estate la conservo in frigorifero ed il sapore resta inalterato.
