Like the soap and fragrances but 2 orders of 4 containers (8 total) had 5 leaking containers. The threaded pump top was loose. The soap leaked on other items in the shipping box making a mess and weakening the outer ship box flimsy.

I am an avid fan of these hand soaps. They are priced on point. Each one has a different smell. It’s like washing your hands in those luxurious hotel bathrooms. Love love love

I ordered this coz I’ve used them before (bought elsewhere) and I do love the smell. When it came, however, one of the 4 bottles was leaking (about 20% leaked onto packaging). I asked for a replacement (thank you), but the replacement was still leaking. I didn’t bother with a replacement the next time around, since the leak was significantly less, but maybe they can reduce replacement occurrences if they just tighten the lids a little more before shipping.

Love this brand! Second time I have purchased. My only complaint is one bottle came unscrewed and soap was all over but I just washed it off
