I bought one of these for our company less than a year ago. During a routine safety inspection I found one of the spouts broken. I tried a few time to contact the company via their website to request a replacement part, and was ignored. I thought the price was a good one compared to other similar eyewash stations, but was once again was reminded that; "you get what you pay for".

First one fine, second one leaked and had to take right back

Some of the parts were broken upon opening.

We received this and the hose came damaged. I filed a replacement request for this item with no response. It is garbage now and we will have to replace this because we installed it after the return window, I guess. Instead of returning I just wanted to try and replace what wasn't working, but no response has been made.

I recently bought this product and found that the tube for the eye solution is half way up the device. this leaves only the ability to use 7-8 gallons from the reservoir vs others where the tube to the eye wash station is feed from the bottom to maximise full 16 gallons.

Poor quality 3 of the 4 units purchased leak and not usable

Our company ordered 3 of these stations and one of them leaked all over the floor. Upon further inspection, the connection point where the tube goes to the discharge is broken. Trying to find a replacement part but having no luck contacting the company. Very frustrating!
