If there is a flying spaghetti monster out there, he would be made of this stuff.
My local deli use to sell this, then no more. I was mortified. How did we live without Amazon before?!This is possibly the best brand of dried pasta I have ever eaten, specifically the spelt range. Just plain with some quality olive oil, crushed sea salt and black pepper is a fantastic journey from preparing, into your mouth, chewing then sliding over your taste buds and down into your belly. Well worth the price for the tasty, exquisite, wholesome, pasta experience. If someone tells you otherwise, they are an idiot and you should probably publicly shame them for being so ignorant.I have not tried the Linguine yet, but because there is no spaghetti with this seller, I will give it a go!Buon Appetito!
