Does not come off lol. I had to buy micellar water to be able to remove. Pretty cool product for swimming. I go to the beach and pool a lot and my makeup always stays great. Just need to be careful applying- don’t put on too thick or it will get too clumpy.

Only recently have I started curling my eyelashes with an eyelash curler because when I was younger my lashes would go back to straight in a matter of minutes. It was for this same reason why I "hated" mascara and resorted to wearing falsies for years. Now that I'm over 40, my bare lashes surprisingly hold a curl for hours. Naturally I wanted to test the mascara waters again and read about this brand in an article about Korean makeup. I figured if anyone knew what would work best for straight "Asian" eyelashes, it may as well be an Asian company. It's immediately apparent how this differs from western brands, from the skinny wand to the way the product builds up. For once a wand that is capable of coating, not clumping, all of my teeny tiny corner lashes! And rather than making the lashes thicker, this lengthens in a natural-looking way, and I say this even after purchasing their volumizing formula. Waterproofness is excellent; the mascara did not budge off my lashes even after a hot shower, and will not come off without the assistance of makeup remover. Unfortunately, and perhaps for me particularly, this weighs my lashes down and it begins to lose curl after about an hour or two. Even after a touch up with my eyelash curler it just doesn't seem to want to perk back up. Zero problems using it on my lower lashes so it's awesome for that! Maybe my eyelashes just don't like mascara... 🫤 I'm a bit bummed it didn't work out for me but that's not the mascaras fault.

This is one of my new favorite mascara. It last all day and very little flacking. Most days I don't but sometimes I have a little. I normally don't wear mascara until know that I have found these korean and Japanese mascaras. I have very sensitive eyes and this doesn't bother my eyes.

Love the look and feel of the packaging. I did not realize Korean Makeup is know for being hard to remove. This mascara is really hard to get off your lashes and it isn’t even waterproof. You’ll be scrubbing at your eyes for a while. But it lasts all day and there are no smudges. So it truly depends on your preference. I don’t see noticeable curl when using either.

Etude’s Curl Fix is nothing like their Lash Fix mascara. Its staying power without smudging is not as good and it doesn’t help keep the curl after using an eyelash curler. I didn’t notice a significant increase in volume and no lengthening. With Lash Fix, it virtually looked like I was wearing false eyelashes, even after just one coat. People I know were literally WOWed at the difference because my lashes are straight and lack both length and volume. I had to adjust my glasses because my lashes hit them. Not so with Curl Fix. I might as well buy drug store mascara than pay the price for this. I’ll be shopping for a new mascara. Note to Etude House: Bring back Lash Fix!

I’m really loving this mascara! It stays in place all day, and has such a nice natural look to it. It can be a bit more work to remove, but a good oil based cleanser has worked fine for me.

This is the best waterproof mascara I have ever used! It is not even really advertised as waterproof. I found it on the EWG nontoxic website and it’s definitely amazing and stays on my lashes. I normally get raccoon eyes on my lower lids and this very rarely will transfer to my lower lids. It’s definitely the best I have ever used.
