Been using for about one year!! I take two at night and have lost about 20 pounds. I didn’t really buy them for weight loss but they keep me regular and I am trying to eat healthier. Probably don’t excise like I should but I’m 5’7” weighting around 145. Go to the doctor once a year for blood work and ever since I started taking probiotics my blood work has been pretty good.

I have been using this for over a month and although the probiotic is not so obvious it seems to work well for my body I will buy again
