Bought in August is now end of October when you really need it and has failed. Move slide up/down to increase/decrease heat level and it doesn't stay in position, absolutely shocking but what can you expect from Chinese based manufacturing where QC is not as straightforward or stringent as UK Right waste of money

As an American from San Diego living in England I cannot deal with the freezing cold nights nor can I really afford to pay for the high cost of heating the entire apartment or I think you guys call him a flat. This is a perfect solution. Heats the bed perfectly for comfortable nights sleep. Absolute California comfy.
