I love BPN products however this one I just don’t like the fact it doesn’t dissolve very well. The flavor is fine.

I compete in multiple Hyrox races every year & train at least 6-7 days a week with 25-35 miles of running, so post workout recovery is so important! BPN makes quality effective products I trust!

The product is to gritty. The taste is ok. Intra flight tasted much better worked great in my opinion it was a much better recovery supplement compared to the new recover.. Bring back Intra Flight!!

My go too! Daily driver! Love this stuff. I work out 6 days a week and this definitely keeps the soreness away and promotes good recovery! Won’t go a day without it.
