So far, this has been nice for posting basic information. It is in a tinted window and doesn't show up well during the day, however, bright at night. Very hard to initially use for a non-tech person, but I'm sure it does so much more if one would figure out how to use it.

Ngl, this sign is Exceptional for the price point. Just as others mention, the programming is a bit difficult to get a hand on...and it does require a download of a foreign (non US) based application to your cell phone, which may make some uncomfortable. Honestly, if not for a background in tech not sure I would have gotten it so quickly. But yeah, sturdy, great product.

The instructions don't make it clear. You need to go to your WiFi settings and connect with the screen via the WiFi signal it gives off. After that, you have the full control. I recommend downloading the fkShow app instead of the one that it directs you to in the manual—trust me. Lots of errors and flubs in the manual and instructions for English-speakers, but that's okay. We're getting a cheap-as-possible high-quality scrolling sign and this thing does the job after my hour of trying to find out what the hell to do. It is bright, colorful, and visible as far as the eye can see. Get this while it's low!

I purchased this sign on August 2, 2025. I had no issues programming it. We installed the sign on August 17, 2025 without any problems. But my issue is that I have had it hanging up for a little over a week and our shop had a power glitch and now the sign is absolutely useless. When we turn it on it starts the first program but within a couple of seconds it freezes up. We can't even pick up the signs wifi when it is on. There is no actual product support. Amazon's product support is generic. They tell you to unplug it. We did that and it doesn't help. They tell you to press the reset button. There is no reset button the sign anywhere. There is no way to get in contact with the seller or manufacturer to try and resolve the issue. I am now stuck with a sign that I can't use.

I am a very patient person and like to learn but the learning curve in setting this up is next level! Works very well and it is very lightweight and well built. Very good price. Requires a serious time investment and an enormous amount of patience to make it work with several lines of changing text.

First off price, don't expect a golden goose. That out of the way, let talk about it. BRIGHT! That thing is screaming! I'm enjoying just playing with it. Might have to get a 2nd one for outside. I did have to call Elon M. to program it with the app you have to use. Now I'm hoping this brings in business before wife finds out I used her Amazon!!!

No one can understand Asian instructions. Lack of communication. Buy something else is what I had to do.
