This chair does nothing but provide excellent comfort and instant relief from tired and aching muscles. The zero gravity setting really alleviates stress on body. You feel like you're floating in air. Only one caution: you may be so relaxed that you fall asleep in no time! From ordering to delivery and set up (which we did on our own), the process was seamless and professional. Totally worth the investment.

This chair is so comfortable! I shopped around a lot and this has a lot of features that usually cost twice as much. I really like that it reclines continuously and can stop at any point, and the footrest can be adjusted separately. I'm short, 5'1", and I was worried about size. My feet don't touch the floor but with the footrest is still very comfortable. The heat is a great bonus. I didn't like the vibration but that was not a feature I was looking for either (that's really just personal preference). I'm using this for work at home and even after sitting in it for 8 hours a day, I still enjoy it on the weekends.

A weld broke on my chair 1.5 years into ownership, which puts it out of warranty. I get it, but I’m not fat, I don’t have kids at home and the chair wasn’t abused. It’s a mess now, and the 20% off of another one that they offered would put me way in the hole for this thing.

I have stage 4 breast cancer with Mets in my bones and was looking for a comfortable chair. In a scale from 1-5 I would rate the comfort a 2. The legs move but the back and seat portion don’t adjust separately. So the degree in which you sit, is the degree in which you lay, it’s just that your feet can go up with it. It did not help with my back pain at all and we returned it. I give the return people a 5 for the ease of return. It is more of a stiff chair and not very cushiony. If you need support in a chair then you will like this. The quality is great, it is a heavy chair. I am 5’5” and the size was fine. You can’t be a very tall person for this chair.

I have a tiny living room and wanted to make sure I had a place for a second person, don’t need to be a hermit forever so I needed thin chairs. There are chairs in this category that cost a third more in price. I’ve been looking at them all for three years and finally pulled the trigger on this one. I’m very happy that I did. It arrived a couple days ago. The gentleman delivering help me get the box indoors and I was able to assemble it myself. I have an extreme reading disability, but with a lot of staring and probing I was able to figure it out. It would be great if they made a video of the final assembly because it’s quite simple but from just the photos, it’s a little difficult to figure out. That said it’s quite simple once you know what has to happen. The chair is very comfortable, and the vibration feature is stronger than I thought (in a very good way) it would be from the previous reviews. The overall quality of the chair seems to be very good. Oh yeah, and it’s really comfortable, not overly padded.

Pretty chair and really relaxing. Have two more of the very expensive brand. This chair compares to expensive brand in every way except for the leather. The zero gravity is wonderful and helps my lower back pain. The expensive chairs were assembled when delivered. Of course, we had to assemble this chair. After reading instructions and watching a video the assembling was completed. Also, this chair does not require as much space as recliners usually do.

Electronics lasted 9 months - 12 month warranty refused by Svago as it was purchased through Amazon rather than directly from product manufacturer - AVOID! Update - after a lot of pressure, the Back Store (which was the distributor) came through and worked with the manufacturer (Svago) to arrange for a new unit. Manufacturer was dismissive and rude - but the Back Store was helpful and responsive. I would have been happy for a repair but they decided the problem was not able to be rectified and sent a new unit.

It's so comfortable and i love that the foot rest can be adjusted separately, it lays down pretty far back as well. I'm using this in my salon suite instead of an esthetics bed as my clients will be so much more comfortable and able to enjoy the heating and massage! It lays back far enough to be perfect for lash techs as well! I could sit in this chair for hours
