I got these to help get a better night sleep and they absolutelydid the trick perfectly.The recommended dose is up to 4 tablets a day but I find one or two at bed time is enough. My quality of sleep is better , I’m falling asleep much faster, and I’m waking during the night less. When do wake up I get back to sleep very quickly.You should be aware that it does feel like taking a sleeping tablet and in my case at least my limbs feel heavy but it’s easy enough to shake off if your need to.The capsules are a real able size but not too big. I’ve no problem swallowing them at the same time as other supplements and there’s zero aftertaste.

THis is my second purchase - since taking one of these capsules nightly, my sleep has greatly improved. I still wake up 3 or 4 times a night, but I can bearly keep my eyes open and drop off again really quickly. My quality of sleep is greatly improved and I am getting at least an extra house asleep each night.....

I would like to say that the vitamin is very good and taking into account that for it to interact with the body you must ingest it, because if you do not ingest it, the vitamin does not interact with yourself, you could add indefinitely that if the vitamin is ingested you will see results if it is not ingested you will not see results and it is not only to see it, but also to feel them.

Price wise it wasn't bad which prompted me to try it. Can't understand why they added the other magnesiums....... When the total magnesium is added up, its over the recommended daily dose and as someone else has already said, it can cause stomach upsets. Also bear in mind that food stuffs often contain magnesium as well. All I really wanted was l-threonate... . So after taking for a week or so, it certainly has upset my stomach. Won't be ordering this brand again.
