I don’t know what to say I honestly don't like to put reviews but I think I just want to raise awareness not only as a consumer but this is a reminder to the seller as well.The item that I bought comes from the hard earn money I decided to buy something that my niece really want even you have a tight budget as you really believe that item is good and gave your niece happiness.However I bought Iphone 12(1,230 AED.)As I receieved it I was over the moon but the horror moment appear when I check the phone the camera is not working and the sad part if you hold it you get electricity from the phone and gives a loud whizzzzz sounds coming from the phone it is scary.Please seller when costumer give trust in your product please give a good product.I did returned my item but did not hear anything from seller nor amazon yet the status of my return item “says the seller accept the return item”then what will happen why refund is not given yet or why no info. What will happen next…for buyer at last choose wisely if possible buy the item in person not in online, use your hard earn money wisely.

The phone was good

Worst experience. Sim slot is not working. Battery backup is also not good. It's a total scam. Amazon is not a good application as it doesn't satisfy the user.

it's Nice, looks New.Good and perfect

purchased an iPhone 12 from this seller through Amazon. Upon receiving it, I discovered that the rear camera does not focus properly in Photo mode and makes a clicking sound, which indicates a hardware problem with the camera. Video mode works, but normal photos are blurry at regular distances. This is a serious defect and makes the device unusable for photography. The seller did not disclose this issue before the sale. I had to return the device immediately.

The battery didn't last a year. When going to an Apple Store to change it, it was not possible - damaged screws and mixed parts from different iPhones made Apple refuse to change the battery. Never buy refurbished from this dealer!

Phone not working

After two month of use , total lost as it keep restarting , after checking with Apple the repairs was not genuine and parts are not authorized by Apple , total lost and waste of money

Battery performance very bad
