Product is good. Installed it with the home inverter and is working fine. Electrolyte levels are ok. Only one level indicator float is supplied. You have to use the same for checking the levels of all cells. Delivery made through inhouse delivery partners. They did not deliver at the door steps. I had to pick it up from the nearest delivery hub.

Backup is really good, one thing to keep in mind in the initial few days it will spill lot of water outside battery when charging.

WORST SERVICE BY EXIDE BATTERY LIMITED
WORST SERVICE BY AMAZON DISTRIBUTOR NAIVE ENGINEER, DELHI, WE RECEIVED BATTERY, AFTER ALL OF ITS ACID CAME OUT IN TRANSIT AND NOW WE ARE REQUIRED TO INSERT SULPHURIC ACID AGAIN AT OUR COST. OUR MONEY HAS BEEN LOST AND WE CALLED ON EXCIDE SERVICE CENTRE BUT EVEN THEIR SERVICE PERSON DID NOT HELP US IN REPLACEMENT OF THE SAME. WARRANTY IS NOTHING BUT PIECE OF USELESS PAPER.
