The quality of door closer is very good. Its speed is just right neither too fast or too slow. It doesnt produce any creaking sound. The design is quite sleek too. Its quite durable as well. Price wise pretty affordable in my opinion.

If you install the thing per the template provided, you will need a lot of force to pull open the door ( also for pushing open the door from inside). To reduce the pulling force by some extent fix the upper arm further away from the closer. Place the closer also nearer to the door hinge. The spring is unnecessarily very strong for a regular medium size wooden door. The manufacturer did not consider about the pulling force ( Did not follow any Standard)). And Do Not Go by the Template provided.

Excellent product. Very good build quality. Just follow the installation instructions carefully (diagram provided inside the package) and you are good to go!

Update 20/12/2024 After around six month of use the oil started to leak and now the door is closing it high speed. I request a return, as this didn't survive even a year -------- The product is good and delivered on time. Had a little problem with the installation as the included screw nails for the wooden door was not of good quality. The screw head got malformed during the application (see photo). Second issue is it makes a creeky sound when opening and closing (see video) Only time will tell if it is going to survive the long wear and tear. Will this review updated ever six months if possible
