I am 48 and all of my life I have had under eye bags, dark circles and overalls puffy eyes. I am told it’s genetic 🤷‍♀️. I also live in a high humidity and high allergy area so again puffy eyes all the time. As I am getting older that already sensitive areas not of course has wrinkles. Ever since my teens I have tried every cream, serum and treatment I could find to mitigate the bags, circles and the puffiness but nothing really made much of a difference.This is why I was very skeptical to spend almost a$100 on yet another product. Then this product was discounted during Prime Day in July and I took a plunge and not only got it but subscribed to it! I am so glad I did. This eye treatment is the Only product I have ever used that has actually shown real improvements, even though it’s summer and it’s humid and the allergies are off the charts right now. It’s been almost 7 weeks of using it and this product really is effective. My eyes are lifted, the bags are improved the lines and wrinkles are getting better and overall my eyes are firmer all around. I didn’t have much of craws feet yet so I can’t speak to that. Everything else looks so much better in just under 7 weeks. I have had no irritation, though I am a Retinal user for a while (I use another brand for my face) so I am used to retinoids. This absorbs really fast and a little goes a long way. I use it both in the evening and in the morning but it still lasts me a good amount of time. It is also hydrating but I do use moisturizer over it as one should with any retinoid treatments. Again I just turned 48 and my expectation is not to look 20 years younger, I am just happy that my eye area looks overall much better than it has in a long long time. If this works for me with all my genetic and environmental factors, it should work for pretty much anyone. This product is pricey but worth every penny to me!

Really works well for your eyes

Doesn’t burn no pain and eyes feels fantastic on your skin, but I did not see any improved changes and it’s a pricey item so I would say it’s definitely not worth the money. You could find something less expensive on Amazon to do the same job.

Wish I would have taken before/after pics, but I have hooded eyes pretty bad and after the FIRST application I noticed a HUGE difference! After 3 applications the hooded eyes are no more!!! I read you need surgery to fix hooded eyes, that creams don’t work but this WORKED and while it might be more expensive it’s worth it and you don’t need a lot so it will last awhile!!! So happy!

Provides a non greasy moisturized finish. Not sure on minimizing crepeyness

Didn’t work for me - disappointed.

I use this product every day since I purchased it and I do like how my skin feels but it hasn't done anything for weinkles. I probably won't buy again because of the price. There are other products that work just as well that are not so pricey.

I bought this product to help with under eye wrinkles and tightening, I haven't had it for long, maybe a 10 days. I have not noticed significant changes yet, hoping too soon as it is expensive.

No change ecperienced

The formula must have changed. After a year of happy use, I received a new jar. I opened it and was hit with a strong perfume smell. I checked the label and no fragrance is listed so I thought ok. Then applied it and after a few minutes noticed stinging. It caused burning, inflamed skin around my eyes. New jar arrived just before my sister's wedding, so I look like a zombie in all the photos. Really, really angry. I bought this product for a year because it did a great job but just cancelled my subscription and want my $120 back!! Edit: since I missed the return window, I have tested this three times hoping I was wrong. I let the skin heal completely then try again. But each time I get the same shrivelled, stinging, inflamed skin. they have changed the formula in 2025, beware.

I really like Murad products and have used a few but I would say that they are quite expensive, particularly as I have recently got into Korean skincare which appears to be more cost effective. That being said I have got on well with this cream and do feel that my wrinkles have been looking better combined with other products. I have been using a toner, then this cream and then a moisturiser on top. The cream feels nice to the touch as it is cool and is quite a fun spongy cream texture. I would note that I found it hard to spread the cream under my eyes because the texture seems to spread in bits or clumps rather than smoothly which is why I have taken off one star. I eventually found a way to smear the cream on the side of the jar before putting it on my face to spread more easily. I have been using it not only under my eyes but also on any other wrinkles such as smile lines and a random neck line that has recently appeared… The glass jar feels sturdy and well made. It should go without saying to be careful of it hitting hard surfaces in the bathroom in case of breakages!!
