Made the most amazing Arepas!
Made arepas using this flour. It was wow! Key is to slow cook it on pan for about 6-8 minutes and then bake it for about 15 minutes at 170C . Highly recommended.

Good for corn bread
First time i bought this. It was very evenly milled and i was happy with the texture. I used it to make corn bread and it turned out really well and had a good flavour. It arrived quickly and the packaging was intact there were no tears in the packaging or product coming out.
