I've been taking this for a few weeks I wanted to give it some time to work. I definitely do notice a difference since taking this probiotic. I have used this brand before so I felt good about taking these. I've tried other brands promoting the same thing but didn't love them, but I'm loving these ones and plan to repurchase when I run out soon.

I didn't finish my last bottle cause someone put bathroom like toilet water in it. And I felt bacteria moving through my body. Soooo, I disposed of it and bought a second bottle. Soooo, the second bottle I bottle this time, didn't come fresh like my first one. It was already tampered with.
