I love this oven!! We needed it for my small coffee shop and it does its job great! We’ve baked cookies, brownies, and granola! It’s nice and small perfect for us, it’s better for cooking on small baking sheets so the air can go all around the pan compared to large pans. It warms up very quick, the timer is handy! We just wish the timer had more precise times instead of 10 20 30 40. Otherwise no complaint's!

follow up to previous complaint, the fans did not work when oven arrived had to call a local technician to come fix and when asked to warranty the claim below is what i got as an excuse for not reimbursing me for the repair of a brand new oven-Thank you for submitting your service ticket. After reviewing your case, we must inform you that your warranty request is not covered under warranty. This may be due to one or more of the following reasons: - The unit was not purchased brand-new within the last year - The unit was purchased second-hand, through an auction, or from an unauthorized seller -The issue itself is considered a non-warranty issue - A technician has previously inspected the unit and determined that the issue is not a defect DO NOT PURCHASE THIS POS- I WISH I HAD NOT- THEY DO NOT BACKUP THEIR EQUIPMENT

Been using it for a few months now and so far I have no complaints. It warms up fast and evenly, and it’s easy to clean too.

I ordered this oven for a new food trailer because one of my main products will be loaded baked potatoes. I'm extremely happy with the results because the potatoes cooked evenly and fluffy, just the way I want them. Very easy to use and appropriate size for the time being. Can't rate durability yet, but it works perfect with my generator. Had to install a 220 volt line. The only issue was that it arrived slightly damaged but they sent a replacement and gave me a discount.

The first oven we got quit working after a few uses. Customer Service was fantastic and shipped out a new unit immediately. That oven is working fine. Cooks well, temperature regulation is great.

I have the larger one of this and it works great. We needed more oven space but didn't want to have to run another 240 line, so bought 2 of these small ones. And they are perfect for what we need in the bakery.

We purchased the oven about 17months ago and the oven door started opening and not closing properly. It just overnight started to not close within a few days the oven door falls open and doesn't close. I have contacted the Asurion insurance but they are very slow to respond. I have a business to run and that oven is the life of our business so with it being down for a week it not good at all. I don't think the oven was made well at all in regards to properly securing the front door latch.

We were very excited to get this oven and gave it 5 stars for looks, price and ease of use; however, when we started baking our cookies-which was the main reason we decided to get it- we realized how poor it was. Check my pictures to see how poor heat distribution caused us to throw away most of our cookies. We just returned the oven to get a better one. Make sure to replace the electric plug to be able to use it in the US.
