Loved the set of 8 knives. They are full sized yet light with a good grip. The wood handles look great and fared well in the dishwasher. The blade has a slight serration so it’s a nice balance between straight and serrated, the two options for steak knife design. I’d definitely recommend them to others.

The GOOD: These are very nice knives, especially when you consider the price. They feel good in the hand, they look good, seem to be of good quality. The serrations are "subdued" unlike most inexpensive steak knives, there is no obvious scalloping, etc... The BAD: Not much bad when it comes to this set. No, it is not an elegant fancy set, there is nothing special about them, and I do not expect them to last a lifetime. If you are looking for that, spend a couple of hundred and get a top of the line steak knife set from the likes of Wustof, Sabatier, etc... These are good knives to the price. The UGLY: This is my only complaint about the knives. The finishing. Some of the knives in the set I received have a measurable amount of the tang standing proud above the wood of the handles. There steel of the tang is tangible against your hand when using the knife. This is not a deal breaker, in fact, it sort of helps with stability when cutting, however, it should not be there, and is indicative of poor craftsmanship. And... yes, I am being overly picky for a set of knives that set me back $26.

Good knives. Very sharp and high quality. Don’t use them as much with the wooden handles but do bring them out for special occasions. Make cutting any meat very easy with little effort. Easy to grip.

OUTSTANDING STEAK KNIFE SET. After a LOT of shopping and reading reviews I bought these as a gift. They exceeded my expectations in every way. They are extremely well made and the perfect size for a steak knife. (Not big and clunky like some, made for restaurants.) The finish is superb and the synthetic wood-like handle is very attractive. I have an expensive set of German steak knives, for my personal use, but these appear to be at least as good, if not better. And they are the same dimensions as my expensive German ones. The serrations are designed, like my German knives, to cut meat without tearing it. I would have no qualms about setting a table with these, to impress guests.... If I didn't, already, have steak knives, I would purchase a set for myself. And the price is extremely fair. 10/5/2018 ADDITION I was so impressed with the attractiveness and the quality of these knives that I bought a set for myself. (My Old, German steak knives have black handles and aren't nearly as attractive.) These, now, reside in a knife block, along with my "High End" kitchen tools, for all to see, and are always within easy reach. IN USE ? -- They cut beef and chicken smoothly, without tearing. I couldn't be happier.

Great buy, sharp and safe

Feels good in the hand. Not too heavy or light. Still sharp after 3 years. Looks more expensive than it is and matches easily with my other cutlery and tableware. Really good buy!

It was packaged very nicely. The blade is a bit serrated and cuts beautifully. The handles fit your hand perfectly.
