Perfect fit and very comfortable.

Currently wearing this under my scrubs. Seems like it will hold some heat in. Nice snug fit. Iām about 5 foot 11 (71inches) 213 pounds. Average body type. Heavier than long Johns. Less breathable than dry fit. Perfect for places that has AC running all day. Ordered the white color one for uniform purposes. Smells like a new shirt.
