This 50+ multivitamin is one of the best thing ever happened to me. As a woman in her 50s I am very happy I had started taking it because it had helped me tremendously offset what might have been a chaotic time of going through menopause.. it’s been five years and I never run out of getting this vitamin. It does help with my hair and my skin and I believe this is one of the things that help to regulate my mood in a more positive way. Nature Made is my go to brand and I've used these multi vitamins over 50, for a number of years. So, yes, they are working for me !!! Easy to swallow, no smell to speak of, vitamin quality is outstanding !

I cannot take multivitamins with iron. the iron makes me nauseous about 1/2 hour after taking it. This product contains no iron so I can take this multivitamin without issue
