Assolutamente uno dei migliori manuali tecnici che ho acquistato! Affronta molti argomenti e l'autore scrive in modo molto scorrevole, cosa che ho positivamente notato in tutti i libri di questa collana che ho acquistato!

I highly recommend Mark Price's book "Apps and Services with .NET 8" from Packt publishing. I purchased this book in May and have slowly been going through it. Having worked with .NET since 2001 in Beta, this was a great way to review the basics, which once were complicated. It also gave me the opportunity to go through multiple example projects reminding me of some new C# syntax I have not implemented in my work yet. He also introduces many of the newer .NET ecosystem items such as gRPC, GraphQL, Cosmos DB, Dapper, Maui, and Blazor. If you just learned .NET since maybe 6 or 7, this book may not be for you. If you are just beginning, you might want to look at his C# book. The author has been updating this book and a couple of others with each new release of .NET ( #9 just become available in November, 2024). He is already working on the .NET 10 content. Once you get into the book, you will be introduced to some repos and Discord locations to see changes and communicate with the community. Thanks Mark! Keep at it.
