I started using the griddle soon after it arrived. Very impressed with how sturdy the griddle pan is , very solid. Ample space to prepare 4-6 good sized pancakes , multiple grilled sandwiches , fried eggs plus a plethora of other dishes. What sold me was the shallow depth which is great for cooking so many foods & the ceramic coating. Getting rid of my teflon coated skillets , this pan will replace both skillets.
