It’s durable, water resistant and easy to zip off the lower part of screen if you need to in high winds. It provides coolness, shade and privacy. It was a little tough to install but once you slide it through the slot at the edge of your awning, you’ll be all set. Liked it so much, we bought a second one for the other awning on our RV. You will not be disappointed!
