This is a fabulous piece of kit. All you need to do is plug it in, wait 10-15 mins for it to charge and then you have a hot water bottle for hours. It’s simple to use and keeps warm for ages! Great size, not too big and clumpy but also not too small. It come with holder where you can strap it onto different parts of your body if you have aches or pains. I use it for my tummy, and can wear it as a bet to hold it in place. It a sturdy, well made hot water bottle, with the benefit of not having to top up with boiling water all the time. Very cleaver and very useful.

Absolutely great item. Bought by my husband after a trip to A&E after a hot water bottle burst and scalded my thigh badly. This is burst proof, charges in a couple of minutes and retains the heat super well. Comes with a super cosy pouch so it can also be used as a hand warmer. Overall, best money we've spent in December! Have recommended these to my family and friends.

I bought this for my mum who has spinal pain and reduced mobility. Also some of her carers were refusing to fill a traditional hot water bottle. This one heats up very quickly and stays warm for around 5-6 hours. It’s easy for my mum to connect up and re heat. She loves it !

Excellent, just what I needed to stay warm this winter. So easy to use just plug in, within 15 minutes the electric hot water bottle is ready. Great product.

People should avoid this product at all costs! We bought this for my mother in law for Xmas and it had caused burns even with the cover on. Zero quality and a worrying product to have on here.! Avoid
