This is the perfect make-up mirror for my space. I almost bought another that was in the hundreds before the thought came to me to search Amazon. I am glad I did. The only thing that could be improved would be to make the knob less slick. A tiny black rubber band (like for a child’s pigtails) fits perfectly and adds the right amount of grip. A bonus is the variable light so that it doubles as a night light, even though don’t use it like that.

Works fine, directions should note you need a circutwall box. One should not just drop the wires and connection in the wall cavity. Contacted company with a question never heard back. Mirror is adequate, generally okay, but image seems somewhat distorted at edges.

Sturdy, easy to install, works as advertised. Used heavier dry-wall anchors than the small ones provided, given the possible torque involved when the mirror arm is extended. Would have preferred to screw the mounting bracket into a stud, but that wasn’t possible in our installation.

Seems very well built, and sturdy. The dimmer switch is nice, but my wife says she always turns the light to the highest setting. The mirrors are clear, where others I returned because they had pin head marks on them. Make sure it is secured well.

The light is pretty easy to install. It looks and functions great offering a lit mirror with two different magnifications. I mounted mine to a very sturdy in-wall electrical box that was screwed to a stud for extra strength. That said, I found that the wall plate that mounts the mirror to the electrical box does not secure completely tight to the wall. Even when tightened very firmly, the mirror escutcheon can still be jiggled a bit on the wall. The last unit like this that I installed mounted very firmly to the wall with no movement. The mirror will not fall off or anything remotely like that, but it is not as firmly mounted as I would like. It seems as though the mounting plate is too thin/flimsy.

I had this installed in a high end bathroom renovation. The quality of the unit appeared to be good, chrome was without blemish, glass clear with good magnification. The light burnt out after less than one year from installation, 13 months after purchase, and the LED can't be replaced so the entire unit has to be replaced. Warranty was for one year. Don't waste your money, what a wasteful product.

This is the second time I have purchased this product. We moved so I purchased again for my next house. Yes, there is the additional cost to have an electrician install but it's worth it because there are no electrical wires hanging out that have to be plugged in. My husband uses it too! :-D ~Claudia

this was a bit difficult to install. Most lighted mirrors have mounting screws on the top of the mirror brace. This one has the holes on the left and right of the brace which doesn't keep the mirror steady since the weight tends to pull down on the mounting plate. Could be better mounting design. This mirror is VERY heavy and needs to be mounted quite securely.Otherwise a beautiful mirror with dimming light and high quality mirrors. Great find.

C'est un peu plus cher, mais c'est plus que du bonbon :) Le côté grossissement 7 x est juste parfait, sans parler de la luminosité qui ajoute à une bonne visibilité. Ce miroir est le top pour un bon maquillage et pour l'épilation facial.

In my bathroom. Wall mounted and hard wired. Looks beautiful, just like the one I saw at well appointed hotel and had to have it.

This light is nice and bright (you can adjust the brightness) and the mirror magnifications are perfect. My husband installed and had no issues.

We finally got our house built and electrician installed the mirror and the light died after one week. Contacted the seller with the problem and have not heard back after several days of waiting for a response! Definitely would not recommend this product!!!
