So far the best electrolytes for the per package price that we’ve found. Good salt and magnesium content. My husband and I are both runners and these have a noticeable positive impact on our running and recovery. Dissolved well enough. Prefer the strawberry kiwi and tropical punch flavors, but the lemon lime is good too.

And sugar free. I have no way to verify the hydration qualities of this product. I use it when I golf and like the flavor. Price is much better than the Liquid IV product. I do hope the hydration qualities are as advertised. It gets very hot golfing in SC.

I've tried many electrolyte replacement powders and this is my absolute favorite. Lemon-Lime is clean and fresh tasting, not as sugary sweet, syrupy or salty as other brands. (Great for anyone who gets that "sick" feeling after drinking other hydration drinks.) Flavor is a bit concentrated so just add more water. I tend to get light headed when dehydrated and feel better much better after drinking this.

Tropical punch is my favorite and was really happy to get it as such a great sale price
