Makes good gluten free tabbouleh
As someone who is gluten/wheat intolerant, this is a nice substitute for other grains. I made tabbouleh and it was delicious!

Tasted terrible
We cooked following the instructions but thia stuff tasted terrible!! We even tried to add some chicken broth instead but it just had a weird, bad flavor.

I have been looking for the attique with packaging I could reuse . The other brand I bought before I had to use everything the same day. But with this brand you can just use the quantity you want and save the rest for later. I will definitely buy again...
