Fits in standard door
Very easy to install screw holes fit. Seems very sturdy.

Good price and well made.
Good price, well made and arrived when expected. With minor modifications, I was able to widen the slot that the original bolt fit into to install the replacement bolt. The hinging mechanism is sturdier than the original which had worn out and I expect this bolt to last a good deal longer than the original.

Nicely Made, But Measure First
This is bolt has a cast zinc frame with a plated finish and a nice action. But apparently in the flush bolt world the length is aspirational. This one claims to 7" long, bit it's a couple of millimeters short, a tad over 6 7/8" long. The one it was going to replace is on the long side. So, if you're replacing an old flush bolt, be sure to measure to be sure that you'll be happy with the fit. If this is for a new project don't count on the drawing for the size, measure the actual part before cutting the mortise. Also, the Deltana spec sheet says the bolt is 1/4" it's actually closer to 8 mm.
