Really worked!
Got a large leg wound and needed something to clean it at home and re dress. Bought this based on previous reviews but I'm really happy. It's a cool, mild solution,.doesn't sting, cleans well and i feel has helped with wound healing! Will buy another bottle to keep to hand at home as well.

Beats Saline for wound irrigation
This is necessary for redressing my legs weekly. I buy it because the District Nurses can't akways get it (within thd NHS!) They offer to us Saline, but it is not efficient in Octenilin is the best irrigation method for painlessly releasing dressing from wounds. It's quite expensive at c.£12 per bottle, but it works well.
