We've bought this item several times, and it's consistently excellent. The cinnamon is spicy but not too hot, and it doesn't taste artificial or cloying.

Packaged very well , amazon didn’t follow instruction on where to leave it however, the order was packaged so well I give five stars . The flavor is great , makes a nice cup of coffee . This was a gift and the recipient loved it .
