The tub arrived very well packaged and surprisingly sturdy and well made. I wasn’t sure if I had space for a tub but luckily I decided to see if I could find one small enough to fit the space but roomy enough for a comfortable soak. I am 5’6 if that helps give you a reference for height. The design somehow maximizes the depth so even my 5’11 spouse could take a bath if he wanted. He doesn’t like to take them but did try it out of curiosity. If you’re on the fence about this tub, go for it, its modern shape is appealing in any decor style you prefer.

It was easy to install and it holds heat well. This tub is made so well and so mindfully! The hook ups are all accessible underneath. Im getting a wonderful relaxing soak because my back is supported at a comfortable angle. It is generously deep. I added a little hanging caddy which is great to hold soap and shampoo. I like it better than my old steel clawfoot tub. The Vendor is very respectful and accommodating.

I could not be more pleased with this freestanding bathtub. The delivery was exceptional with care and timing. It is high-quality, incredibly comfortable, and easy to install. I highly recommend.

We received this tub in December and recently installed it in our remodel of our bathroom and discovered the drain stopper is missing, we tried to find someone at GETPRO to contact, can’t seem to find anyone, we started a chat with Amazon and they had me write to the warranty department at Amazon and so far no one had communicated with me about this, the tub seems fine but no service after the sale. We received a text from the company and they reached out to replace the stopper and refunded our money for it, when we get the stopper, we will update this post, if we get the stopper as promised then we will go to 5 stars. We received the tub stopper yesterday, it works as it should and we appreciate the response from GETPRO

Beautiful and easy to install. Took my first bath in the beauty and the design is sooooo comfortable. The tub is sturdy but so light weight when installing. The directions are clear and easy to follow. If I had to make one complaint it would be that I am unable to lay flat in the tub. I get migraines and sometimes want to lay flat with just my nose and mouth sticking out of the water. I had to squish up a bit to make that happen but all in all it is amazing. I plan on purchasing again for our second bathroom.

We purchased this free-standing tub GS329R-59". It was delivered on March 30th and the packaging was damaged so much we could not save the box. The product was undamaged though. We were finally able to have our plumber install the tub on April 22nd. They discovered a leak at the drain hole and did an inspection. There is a large lump of the adhesive that is preventing a watertight seal. The plumber attempted to seal the connection with silicone caulk and let it set for 24 hours. Yesterday, the plumber installed the tub again and the leak happened at the same place. The manufacturing of this tub is defective. Attempted to call the Customer service numbers listed in the packet. the first number goes to a generic voicemail box and the second number says the voicemail box has not been set up.

Was a bit hesitant to buy a tub through Amazon, but arrived well packaged and my contractor had no problem with the install in a bathroom renovation. Tub is as described and seems to be good quality. Nice and solid.
