I've been donning a tux a few times a year for literally decades. In the beginning I collected jewelry studs and cuff links, and even bought a few dress shirts so I could wear them with suits, to. But Father Time is a great teacher, and there's a reason simplicity is the essence of elegance. These button covers are exactly that, and at a fraction of the cost of studs & cuff links.. I bought them for my dress shirts, and they work as expected. The black color looks nice and matches my shirts. Simple and neat, not flashy, and great for formal events or business. Attaching and removing them can be tricky; some stay in place, others don’t.

They're a bit bigger than the usual tuxedo studs, so I would'nt recommend in an exclusively tuxedo environment, but in a wedding where there were both tuxedos and suit and ties, I blended in perfectly and looked good.

The button covers might work, but they are huge. Do not buy them thinking that they can coexist with or replace studs, because they are way too large to do that.

Great options for a wedding. Great value for the price

Sometimes they get stuck and I don't think I'm going to get my shirt off. Seriously I get panicked! Sometimes I need help to get them to open up. Other times I have looked down and realized the clasp was open and the cover was dangling there, about to fall off. But I get so many compliments on them. They really are a good value and dress up a plain white shirt into a really polished look.

Sturdy and classy pieces. I wasn't worried about them snapping apart. These should last a long time.

Buttons look huge. Needed them for a one time event...would not use agajn

These button covers are definitely not worth the expense. They are CHEAP looking, they do not close properly and they look like plastic. i DO NOT recommend this product and requested a return that was granted.
