Love these log free weights I use them for home floor pilates. As most of my at home work out attempts lose motivation from time to time i didn’t want to spend a lot or have something take up a lot of space. These can in great as you can store them all stacked up and they don’t break the bank. The plates are super easy to take on and off, you can do so in the middle of a work out without falling behind. The grip is great and the square shape is nice for stability (plus no roll away) It is a plastic and feels as so but the handle is coated in like a softer plastic maybe? still has a decent grip.

Lovely purple color. Easy to adjust the weights. And by adding the weights to one of the handles you can make a single 7 lb weight. I weighed them and they seem pretty spot on. The "Instruction" book reads a little funny - obviously translated from probably Chinese. These are made in China, if any one wants to know. But they are good value for the money.

I really am enjoying these weights. The grips are easy to hold, a good size, and make them easy to use. I really like how the weight is so easily changed. They are well designed. And it all takes less space than a usual set of weights. A bag to hold the pieces you're not using would be good. And I love the color! Great purchase!

Once I got this set I threw out all of my other dumbbells because I can easily change the weight. I actually a second set so that I can add more weight without buying any new equipment. The weights are easy to take off / add. The grip size is good - no issue with picking them up. Super effective.

Love my hand weights. I'm recovering from rotator cuff surgery and I do daily strengthening exercises. These weights are perfect and cost effective. They are sturdy, no sharp edges in case you drop them, and easy to add/delete weights in 1/2 lb or 1 lb increments. In fact, I am buying another set today because I'm getting stronger and I want to add a few more pounds to my base barbell. Great home exercise equipment. Highly recommended.
